The changes are happening no matter how tight You hold back.  A clearing of the old so that all can be looked after.  This breaking up of the old will allow us to move into a space of many more needs being met from love. Forcing things to happen at this time will be met with resistance.

The changes You choose to make will be best if they come from an integrated mental and spirit place.  As well, holding on too tightly to how You have always done things will cause challenge that You do not have to create. Focus on your ability to be open to the energy of life sustaining itself. And on your ability to connect with others from heart centered space.

Follow your inner guidance now and recognize that the empowered view comes the creative ways that have sometimes been needed to move mountains.

A natural consequence when we face the truth that we may not have been willing to see before now might be fear.  Let any fear You feel be a motivator to deepen your relationship with Self.  With the larger part of You grounded in spirit, more of the world is opened up with so many more possibilities.

By bringing your connection to Self to the forefront You will already be looking after the genuine connection to others and You will also have an easier time knowing what is your next best step.

By coming from complete honesty and sharing what You would not normally want to share, whether to another or to yourself, You will be brought to greater solutions than You could have ever imagined.

The ability to see the gifts in all things that come from the challenge and contrast is going to be easier than it has been. Slow down and ask, what would love do now? As there are so many ways to partner with self, others and spirit, the details of the how become less important and the connection through these partnerships will give You all that You require to move through any difficulties You believe You are facing.

Because consciously or unconsciously the changes they will come, life is change, and we are being asked to look around and see how far we have already come. In bringing ourselves towards more heart centered action in our lives, in finding deeper value in self and others and recognizing how much influence we have in our own lives we have the ability to ride on rainbows that we have created.

We are coming into the new times where fear can be released and replaced by something greater.  By all of us focusing on gently letting go and expanding we can affect how the changes come in.

Action: Notice anywhere You might be having difficulty letting go of the way You have always done things.  Just close your eyes, open your arms, ask for your mind to be relaxed, breath deeply and fully in a way of receiving and listen for the next best way to proceed.  Try this as often as You find yourself asking for clarity or a sense of peace even if for only a few minutes each time.
