Do You feel like saying, ‘Whatever, I’m bloody well ready to move forward and be done with this waiting and such’?
Such energy of conflict in the need to move forward with new ideas and opportunities and the requirement to hang tight while things mature and gel. If You feel any fear, disappointment or disillusion it will serve You to get perspective so that You are not allowing these things to block feeling good in your life.
Like the solar eclipse, we know that although we can not fully see the sun it is still there, as is source present in everything all the time. One only requires the courage to have open eyes and heart.
It is this space between where the visions and what we see as illusion have not yet shown themselves and we are still dealing with the reality of past. This in between pause is where real rest can happen in life.
With out the pause between projects or experience we do not have time to integrate what has happened giving fresh energy and perspective to what is next.
The same can be said for the breath, although a voluntary thing, You can know how You are doing life by noticing the pattern of your breathing. Take a second and notice which phase of your breath feels most natural-the in breath, the out breath or the pause between the two before and after both.
Try taking an in breath and then breath out right away speed it up with out taking any pauses. Notice how it feels.
Breath in and hold and then try breathing out and holding. What feels most normal to You and what might it be saying to You about how You are doing life.
Generally holding in one part of the cycle indicates that You are resisting something in life. While breathing shallowly might indicate a fear of something. If You have difficulty recognizing the pauses, You might want to take a serious break to do a little integrating.
And what a wonderful time to do just that, by just be with loved ones (especially You), reflecting in appreciation over the ThanksGiving holiday.
Remember, if You feel trapped when with family and friends around the holidays then this is your opportunity to recognize that only the stories You tell yourself can cause You to feel that way.
Slow down so that You can hear the story and change it today! Can You imagine it changed before You even start to see it.
Give thought to how great it feels to live around your loved ones with acceptance and love. Imagine what it might feel like to have all of your needs met, what it feels like to know You are safe.
What does it feel like to be connected more fully with source? How does it feel to see a project be successful? What does it feel like to be in the arms of someone that is your perfect partner?
When we are willing to go here, to the place of creation, we are saying it is okay to let go into the source energy and our choice to be here and now.
Where being really honest about how willing You are to expand will help You recognize ways to let go of resistance.
We are being given the opportunity to build up and tend the fire in our souls, the fire that gives life to all of our dreams and inspired ideas.
Will You put out your hand and accept that which is always available to You? Or will You continue to turn your back on all that You desire and have already asked for.
It is a time of fiery energy without the outward expression of it. When You are willing to allow the energy to burn up old outmoded ways of being and thinking then their is room for beautiful new growth.
This is how real freedom of being happens when You are able to free your mind of beliefs and stories that keep You bound. Allow every opportunity over the next weeks to be for You.
To allow You to recognize what it is that causes You stress after You are triggered by someone or something. Can You see that the trigger is not what actually causes You to feel stressed? Be gentle with yourself while You check it out!
Action: You may not be able to make any changes right now so your focus on how to deal with any stressful thoughts or situations is key.
What can You do to honor yourself in each moment? Try taking some time to focus on your breath, imagine all the colors of the rainbow, for a few in breaths, bring your attention to one of the colors and imagine breathing it in to You.
Notice how it feels in your body and just open yourself to notice where and when it might serve You to breath this color into You during the activities of your day. Continue with all the colors and then do your best each day to find moments when You can do this for a minute or two.
It is about finding very simple yet profound ways to support yourself in everyday busy or not, and Your breath is always with You and available to You.
